Our Story Welcome To RDT Catering

Hi, we are RDT Catering, set up and founded by Robert Thompson the Head Chef in 1999! We are passionate about food but equally passionate about delivering high quality and excellent service to our customers.

We understand that on your big day, whether it be a wedding, party, christening, funeral, or conference, you want to feel secure that your food will be satisfactory. We believe in making sure all your guests get that taste of traditional and authentic Caribbean food.

We are an award-winning catering company which complies with food and hygiene standards. Our Head Chef has a Level 3 in Food & Hygiene, and all our sous chefs have a Level 2 in Food & Hygiene. Our kitchen has a been awarded a 5-star rating from Kirklees Council.

We are based in Huddersfield; however, we cater for customers across the UK. We add a taste of the West Indies to the UK.

With over 25 years of experience in catering, RDT Catering will ensure your big event runs as smoothly as possible.
